MULTICLIMACT has published Deliverable D12.1, “Dissemination and Communication Report and Planning — Second Phase — V1,” a key project update that captures how the consortium is turning research progress into visibility, engagement, and practical outreach. Covering the second project phase from Month 13 to Month 30 (M13–M30), the deliverable brings together two elements: a structured overview of dissemination and communication activities already carried out (summarised up to M18) and a forward-looking plan for the remainder of the phase.

Rather than repeating strategy, D12.1 builds on the earlier approach defined in Phase 1 and shifts the emphasis to concrete delivery and coordination, documenting how the project has maintained and strengthened its key channels and outputs while keeping partners aligned. A standout milestone in this second phase is the introduction of a structured editorial calendar, designed to coordinate newsletters, social media updates, infographics, and video materials across the consortium so that communication is consistent, timely, and easier to plan collectively. The report also highlights growing external visibility and notes an increasing reach, reflecting the expanding footprint of MULTICLIMACT’s dissemination across diverse audiences.

D12.1 is led by Steinbeis Europa Zentrum with contributions from all project partners, and reviewed by representatives from ICLEI and RINA-C, underlining the consortium-wide effort behind MULTICLIMACT’s communication work. Looking ahead, the deliverable outlines priorities to further amplify project impact through additional outreach and content, including strengthening scientific and general publications, producing more visual materials, and developing MULTICLIMACT subpages on partner institution websites in English and/or local languages to reach wider communities.
