MULTICLIMACT is proud to be part of the Built4People (B4P) initiative under Horizon Europe, which unites experts to tackle key challenges in urban development. B4P aims to transform Europe’s built environment by promoting sustainable, people-centered solutions that address issues such as decarbonization, energy efficiency, and cultural heritage preservation.
MULTICLIMACT focuses on affordability, cost-effectiveness, and performance in the life-cycle perspective, contributing to B4P’s objectives. Our work includes developing 18 cost-effective tools with scalability and low ongoing costs, alongside pilot testing 16 best practices to create a comprehensive life cycle guideline.
Recently, MULTICLIMACT was showcased at the Built4People 2nd Cluster Event, where our team discussed synergies with sister projects including Minority Report, CLIMRES, MULTICARE, and RETIME. These collaborations pave the way for impactful joint actions to build greener, more sustainable cities.
Through upcoming webinars, policy briefs, and publications, MULTICLIMACT continues to drive innovation within Built4People, shaping the future of Europe’s built environment.
